MyNewCostume.com is a really comprehensive site with great tips, links, and ideas.  They even have a section specifically for couples, so check 'em out!

HomemadeCostumes.org is a valuable site for anyone who hates spending money.  Halloween stores can be such a rip-off and this site is loaded with ideas to find your next great costume without spending a dime!

And finally, AdultHalloweenCostumes.info and HalloweenCostumesForCouples.info are two newer sites that may or may not be up and running.  I've heard they're going to cater to their own niche and offer even more free advice and ideas for finding your next costume.  Check 'em out!
